Deanway United Church, Chalfont St Giles

Deanway United Church celebrated its church anniversary on Sunday 17 September and welcomed Revd Anne Ellis as their minister, following on from Revd John Parry’s move to St Andrew’s Church, Kilburn.

Howard Williams (a member of Beaconsfield URC) represented the Area at the service and brought Anne greetings from the Synod Moderator, Revd Dr Andrew Prassad.

In his letter the moderator gave thanks for the work Anne has already been undertaking as the Circuit Superintendent Minister and prayed God’s blessing on her in her new role as minister in pastoral charge of Deanway United Church.

We keep Anne and the Deanway Church in our prayers as together they explore and develop the church’s mission in Chalfont St Giles.
